Baleze Bazadaise

Carcase Results

Bazadaise beefs is called Rouge de plum in France .. Meaning …………..

This has been confirmed in Australian with the following competition results

The Bazadaise is fine-boned, heavily muscled (but smooth) which produces exceptional meat yields as either a purebred or crossbred.  The fine conformation and quality of the carcase lead to high levels of meat production.  The flavour, tenderness, even fat cover, marbling and fine grain of meat makes it sought after by butchers and consumers.

Carcases regularly dress out at 60% or more.
